Adam Johnson- Adjective Descriptive

Adam Johnson was a boy who loved soccer and was always ready for a joke. One morning, he left his yard and began riding his bicycle to school. He turned left out of his street and then rode along Walker Street, feeling very happy and excited. Tomorrow is his birthday and he was thinking about the rolls and cake that his mother would be baking. He knew it was silly because he was too far away but he turned his head back towards home anyway, to see if he could smell them cooking. As a result, he didn't see the cat crossing his path. His bicycle's wheel hit her and then twisted around under. Adam and the bike went flying through the air and the cat bruised but not badly hurt, ran off fast.

So what are the descriptive adjectives? Can you fill them in?

  1. Good story! I thing that the definition of chocolate may be too complex. Perhaps a visual could be added.
Also, please remember the grammar point.

  2. The adjective excercise was a great idea. I think there is a lot of mistakes made with adjective use by native speakers so this activity applied to appropriate reading level could be really great.
